It started in South St. Paul.
Pete and Anton have known each other since elementary school at Lincoln Center in South St. Paul. They played hockey and football together, skated on the same lines, and spent the hours in between playing cards and poker. Pete was the serious golfer. Anton played baseball. By high school they were both on the edge of the roster, pushing to make varsity, close friends with a friendly rivalry neither one would give up.
Life did what it does. Careers, kids, separate directions. But geography kept its hand in: Anton bought the house directly behind Pete's, close enough that his front door in Inver Grove Heights faced Pete's back door in St. Paul. For years the two of them were never farther than a fence line apart.
Then came a party with old high school friends, and the two of them fell into the conversation they were always going to have. What Pete was building in cybersecurity and what Anton was building in AI turned out to be two halves of the same idea. One meeting later, they decided to build it together.
That is what this partnership is: two hometown friends, two companies, one system, built to protect and grow a business whether it has five people or sits in the Fortune 500.
